Graham Watman

Graham Watman applies his business and financial expertise to formulate pragmatic approaches to help his
client’s achieve their goals. Graham (B.Ag.Ec., Dip.Fin.Mgt., ACA) was formerly Executive Chairman and
Managing Partner of the Sydney office of Grant Thornton and the International Business Centre Director for
Australia. Involved in professional tax accounting and advisory work since 1976, Graham joined
Charles J Berg & Partners as a Senior Accountant - specialising in the accounting and tax affairs of high
net worth individuals and privately owned and managed businesses.

As a member of one of the country’s most renowned taxation and corporate advisory practices of
its era Graham specialised in agricultural management and accounting. For two years to 1976 he lived
on a 10,000 acre sheep and cattle property at Glen Innes then for the next 10 years remained responsible
for all financial aspects of that business (from Sydney).

Responsibilities still include direct management of a stud and commercial cattle operation
in northern NSW and management and accounting for a number of cropping, sheep and
cattle holdings throughout that region and into NSW.

Nowadays Graham spends his time as a professional director and advisor consulting on and
managing the affairs of investor clients and companies (both resident and non-resident)
which involves both the day-to-day management of businesses and investment affairs, and
the structuring, financing and acquiring of new investments.

Graham retains ownership and development of stud and commercial beef cattle operations
over two properties in northern NSW.
